We are able to provide treatment for private, concession and aged pension clients with or without referral from your Doctor.

Rebates are claimable on ancillary health cover using our HICAPS and EFTPOS facilities on-site at St Leonards Physio by the Bay.

With third party insurers such as Medicare CDM (formerly known as EPC), TAC, Worksafe & DVA clients your Doctor’s referral will be required.

Please bring the referral & any related cards (e.g. DVA Gold Card), or employer, insurance company or accident details ( i.e. Scans, X-Rays, reports, etc.) to your appointment.
